The day we went the captain and crew were amazing. The weather was less than ideal and even before we set foot on the ferry, Captain John explained clearly what conditions we should expect, and with two young children with us, offered a full refund if we wanted. Both crew Attentive, consistently checking in on the passengers throughout. Needless to say the kids, and parents, loved it. Felt safe and secure for the whole journey and next time we're in the south we'll be back. read less..
