Fantastic and friendly even at the point of paying at the booking office . Travelled back through the torrential rain on Friday afternoon with a different crew who were still fantastic. We even saw Sammy seal too! Our Border Collie enjoyed the trip. You are such a friendly organisation. when I went to the kiosk on the harbour the lady even remembered my name from the day we booked our tickets.
