*We don’t have ticket offices in Paignton or Teignmouth. To book, call our friendly team or simply book online.
When you book (either online or telephone), you’ll receive your ticket by email along with clear, simple directions, contact details and helpful information so you know exactly where to hop on!

Departure Points
Our boats depart Torquay from a couple of different departure points depending on the type of boat trip. Your departure point will be stated in your booking confirmation.
North Quay (Departure Point A) near the inner harbour bridge. This is the departure point for the Brixham Ferry, and everyone knows where that is! It’s the closest landing point to the town.
Princess Pier (Departure Point D), the pier that extends out from the Princess Theatre, TQ2 5EZ. Allow 10 minutes to stroll down the pier to the departure steps.

Departure Points
North Quay (Departure Point A). There is a double set of steps that we pick up and land. You’ll be able to see our bright boats approaching from miles away from where you queue! What a lovely view. This is where our Teignmouth Boat departs and lands.
East Quay (Departure Point B), This is the quay on the other side of the harbour, a single set of steps. We only use this quay when the tide is too low, which is rare, but if this is the case you will be informed when booking… Our boat will always wait for you if you are accidentally stood at “A” when it berths at “B” – and it only takes 5 minutes to walk around…

Departure Point – all boats
Main Passenger Boat Pontoon. All boat trips in Brixham depart from the same place. Walk to the Rockfish Restaurant then turn right onto the pier. (Follow the ferry sign) Walk past the grey block of toilets – follow around the corner until you see the ferry platform – queue by the gates at the top of the quayside.
It is important that you do not wait on the bridge or platform even if you do find the security gate open. Thank you for your cooperation! 🙂
